Artist's Notes: All measurements are approximate. All artwork is handcrafted and will have the characteristics of such. Nothing will be exact. The Artwork, if glass, may have a bubble(s), but if offered for sale, the artist has deemed the quality/beauty of the piece is not affected by such. Some bubbles are intentional relating to the design. All items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated / copied. The Artist is however possibly able to create something very similar.

Newt Glass has a SSL certificate with GoDaddy assuring that all information that is entered is encrypted and cannot be accessed by any outsider. All transactions are secure. You can be fully assured that none of the provided information will be sold or imparted for trade or sale. Our customer's satisfaction and security is our top priority.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Newt Glass reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all Artwork-if applicable. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Newt Glass reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Processing / Verification Procedures

All orders are processed upon receipt. All items which are "in stock" normally ship within 7 business days from when the order has been processed. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory. We are unable to ship overnight or next day.

Shipping Fees and Policies

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's' such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. Newt Glass will always make every attempt possible to deliver Artwork ordered in a timely manner. Newt Glass is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Newt Glass bears no responsibility for delays as a result of third parties or weather.

Damaged / Lost / Missing Package

In the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact us so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Reporting a missing package or undelivered package must be done within 7 days of shipping notification as claims cannot be filed with a courier after 14days. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your Artwork is delivered and the container AND Artwork are damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. If the container does not show damage and the Artwork shows damage, you must supply us with pictures of the broken Artwork in detail and of the container to support a claim. We may ask for additional information regarding the damage. YOU MUST REPORT THIS TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT TO FILE A CLAIM. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 30-60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to Newt Glass within 2 business days of receipt so an investigation can be initiated.

Sales Tax

Newt Glass shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Arizona. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Newt Glass is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Newt Glass recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges. Newt Glass is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, Newt Glass disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to Artwork sold on the Newt Glass website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Newt Glass does not make any representations regarding the validity, accuracy or reliability of, or the results of the use of the Artwork on the site or on any sites linked to this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Newt Glass arising from any Artwork sold on the Newt Glass website shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Newt Glass, its' officers or other representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use Artwork sold on this site.

Typographical Errors

While every effort is made to ensure the Artwork information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Newt Glass shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund. We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

Return/Exchange Policy

Our Procedure For Return(s) and/or Exchange(s):

  1. Contact our office prior to returning your purchase at: 480-948-3185 Mon – Fri 10am –4pm Mountain Standard Time. Customer must speak to Lee or Newt Grover directly, we do not accept email or voicemail requests for exchange or refund.
    (No returns or exchanges will be accepted without approval, clearance items are final sales)
  2. All exchanges and Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.
  3. Returns must be in the same pristine condition as delivered to you. If an item is damaged, this would void your warranty for refund or exchange and the item will be returned to you and the credit card on file will be charged for the return shipping costs.
  4. The sender is responsible for secure shipping to our office. Please have your purchase insured for the full purchase price as we are not liable for lost returns.
  5. We do not credit for original shipping cost(s) including overnight or special shipping arrangements or special fees.
  6. With your return include the following information: Purchasers and Recipients name and address and a copy of your receipt. Please let us know what you need as an Exchange or Refund. For an exchange request state what Artwork stock number you require along with Return Shipping information.
  7. Exchange and/or Return shipments are charged $20.00 for the first item and $10.00 for each additional item within the USA in addition to shipping costs.
    For Canada the exchange shipping rate is $30.00 for the first item and $15.00 for each additional item. Overseas rate for exchange is $50.00 PER ITEM.
  8. When the shipment arrives in the same condition as it was when it was originally shipped by Newt Glass, we will credit the original purchaser on the original card. Newt Glass assumes no liability whatsoever with regard to customers' return shipping.
  9. When an RETURN has been approved and issued you have 14 days to return your item to Newt Glass for a refund or exchange. After the 14 day period has expired it is void.

Shipping:

  1. We ship our Artwork with USPS up to a 20" box or crate, FEDEX up to a 30" box or crate and private freight carriers for anything larger.
  2. We generally ship out Monday through Friday.
  3. Over Night or Second Day service is not available.
  4. Newt Glass is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.
